The Ministry of Justice of the RA drafted and presented for consideration of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association “The procedure for disposing of gifts \u043e\u0444 officials and civil servants that have become state property, a list of perishable property that requires significant maintenance costs, cases of destruction of perishable property, the procedure and methods of disposal, features of managing certain types of property, methods for choosing methods of alienation and disposal of property, about establishing the procedure for issuing an opinion, defined by the law \u201cOn establishing the procedure for issuing an opinion, defined by the Law \u201cOn State Protocol\u201d, \u201cOn introducing amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 13 October, 2016 No. 1067\u201d and \u201cResolution No. 587 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 April 2021 on making additions and changes to the draft resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cDrafts\u201d) and the justification of the Drafts.<\/p>\n
