The project lawyer provided free legal advice services in the city of Charentsavan in the framework of the \u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the meeting, Project Lawyer Miss Marianna Avagyan clarified a number of issues of concern to the people of Artsakh, which were mainly related to the receipt and\/or reissuance of documents, the conditions for determining the age pension, the grounds for providing family benefits, the documents necessary to restore the birth certificate and the social support programs provided by the RA Government to forcibly displaced persons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>To receive legal assistance forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh can call at: +374 10 540199 or write to the following e-mail address:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@armla.am\"><strong>info@armla.am<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project is implemented by the\u00a0\u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO in cooperation with partner \u201cHarmony\u201d Shushi Women NGO in the framework of the\u00a0\u201cJustice Reforms Monitoring in\u00a0Armenia\u201d (\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.juremonia.am\/\">www.juremonia.am\u00a0<\/a><em>)\u00a0program\u00a0implemented with the financial support of the European Union. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the integration of FDPs from NK into their new communities of residence in Armenia, enhancing access to justice and raising the level of legal awareness by strengthening their rights protection mechanisms,\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>This publication has been produced with the financial assistance of the European Union.
