{"id":7275,"date":"2022-01-25T09:44:56","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T05:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=7275"},"modified":"2022-01-27T20:58:31","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T16:58:31","slug":"two-focus-group-discussions-on-the-judicial-reform-strategy-with-representatives-of-the-state-and-civil-society-sectors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/7275.html","title":{"rendered":"Two Focus Group Discussions on the Judicial Reform Strategy with Representatives of the State and Civil Society Sectors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Today, on 24 January, two focus group discussions on the first objective of the Action Plan stemming from the 2019-2023 Judicial and Legal Reform Strategy were held on the initiative of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The first of the discussions was held with the participation of representatives of State Bodies &#8211; the RA Ministry of Justice, the RA Central Bank, as well as the Notary Chamber and the advocacy community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The second discussion was held among civil society organizations, which was attended by the \u201cCenter of Economic Right\u201d NGO, \u201cElegia\u201d Cultural NGO, \u201cSupport for Equal Opportunities Foundation\u201d NGO, \u201cLocal Democracy Development and Research Center\u201d NGO, Armenian Young Lawyers Association, Association of Audio-Visual Reporters, \u201cDigital Armenia\u201d NGO, the Armenian UN Association and the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The action plan for the creation of a unified e-justice system based on the Strategy for Judicial and Legal Reform for 2019-2023 and the provision and modernization of electronic databases as part of the monitoring work was discussed with representatives of both the public and non-governmental sectors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, on 24 January, two focus group discussions on the first objective of the Action Plan stemming from the 2019-2023 Judicial and Legal Reform Strategy were held on the initiative of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association.
