On 27 February, 2020, a regular seminar-training on “CSO Management Subsystem” was organized in the Syunik regional branch of the “Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association” NGO within the framework of the \u201cALA for Modernization\u201d project. 6 representatives of non-governmental organizations of Syunik region participated in the training.<\/p>\n
Mr. Vache Baghdasaryan, Lawyer\/Program Coordinator of the Kapan Office of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association, thanked the participants for their presence.<\/p>\n
At the beginning, the participants were introduced to the key importance of the proper functioning of the CSO management subsystem, the commonly accepted approaches to the organizational structure, after which the remaining topics on the agenda were presented, namely: human resource management, NGO financial planning, internal control system, as well as information management and reporting, transparent work within the structure.<\/p>\n
