On 3 July, 2020, the representatives of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association held an online seminar with the students of Gyumri State Vocational School No. 4, within the framework of the awareness-raising program of the \u201cYouth4Anti-Corruption\u201d project.<\/p>\n
Ms Gayane Gevorgyan the Coordinator\/Lawyer of the Shirak Regional Branch of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association, delivered a welcoming speech at the awareness seminar. Gayane Ghorgyan welcomed the students for their interest.\u00a0 Mr. Levon Igityan, head of the Career Guidance Center of Gyumri State Vocational School No. 4, addressed the participants as well. In his speech, he highlighted such cooperation in the situation of online learning, he noted the urgency of the topic and especially the involvement of the young generation in that struggle.<\/p>\n
During the seminar, Ms Mariam Zakaryan, representative of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association, presented the \u201cYouth4Anti-Corruption\u201d project. She answered the participants\u2019 questions and spoke about her experience as well.<\/p>\n
The students highlighted the raising awareness and participation in the fight against corruption, as well as spreading anti-corruption information and values around them. They were interested in how long anti-corruption education would last and how deeply they would be able to study it.<\/p>\n
More than 12 students participated in the awareness seminar.<\/p>\n
