{"id":5931,"date":"2020-05-16T14:14:09","date_gmt":"2020-05-16T10:14:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=5931"},"modified":"2020-05-21T20:55:19","modified_gmt":"2020-05-21T16:55:19","slug":"announcement-online-consulting-for-ngos-on-the-new-procedure-of-annual-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/5931.html","title":{"rendered":"Announcement: Online consulting for NGOs on the New Procedure of Annual Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a number of amendments made to the RA Law on Non-Governmental Organizations by the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in 2019 and 2020, <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">new procedures and conditions for the submission of annual reports<\/span><\/em> by non-governmental organizations have been established.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 24 stipulates that in case of receiving the property of <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">the non-governmental organization from public sources (sources of the state or local self-government bodies and other public administration bodies or legal entities), the non-governmental organization is obliged to publish a report provided by law every year before 30 May of the year following the reporting year on the website for the publication of reports by the organizations.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 26 of the same law stipulates <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">the requirement to conduct a mandatory audit in case of receiving 10 million or more from public funds<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Based on the above said, <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association (hereinafter referred to as ALA) plans to provide free legal advice online and by telephone to support non-governmental organizations operating in Yerevan and in the regions<\/span><\/em> in order to raise awareness of exemplary annual reports, publication and submission procedures, terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Starting on 16 May, 2020, all NGOs wishing to take advantage of this opportunity can send their questions to e-mail address ALA\u2019s <a href=\"mailto:info@armla.am\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">info@armla.am<\/a> or Facebook page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/armla.am\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/armla.am\/<\/a>, mentioning the name of the non-governmental organization, the name, second name, telephone number or e-mail address of the representative, as well as every working day, from 10:00 to 17:00, call the following (+37498) 93 66 52, (+37477) 27 79 51, (+37496) 30 04 90 mobile numbers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to a number of amendments made to the RA Law on Non-Governmental Organizations by the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in 2019 and 2020, new procedures and conditions for the submission of annual reports by non-governmental organizations have been established.
