The first course of online training module on the Internal Capacity Building of the CSOs\/CSOs Coalitions has been launched today.<\/p>\n

The Online Training Platform for CSOs was created by the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO within the framework of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d (CCD) project.\u00a0The platform is currently operated by the Constructive Dialogue Network of Armenian CSOs, which was created under the same project as well, and which currently unites 14 sectoral coalitions with approximately 250 CSOs.<\/p>\n

The training module on the Internal Capacity Building of the CSOs\/CSOs Coalitions includes the following 10 topics:<\/p>\n

  1. Strategic planning of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Self-assessment of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Financial Sustainability Subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Governance Subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Programs and Services Subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  6. Human Resources Subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  7. Management Subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  8. Public relations subsystem of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  9. Public Policy Monitoring and Improvement Program of CSO\/CSOs\u2019 coalitions;<\/em><\/li>\n
  10. Integrity.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It should be noted that the platform also include educational materials related to the above-mentioned topics, including videos, texts, presentations, model templates for internal regulations and policies developed by experts \u00a0for the beneficiaries of the platform.<\/p>\n

    Experts have developed a test quiz on each topic to test the effectiveness of the module. At the same time, the participant will be able to advance to the next subsequent topic only if he\/she correctly answers at least 80% of the previous topic-control quiz. After passing all 10 training topics and answering to their control-quizzes, the participant will receive a certificate of completion of the online training module on the Internal Capacity Building of the CSOs\/CSOs\u2019 Coalitions.<\/p>\n

    It should also be noted that around 70 representatives of CSOs and CSOs\u2019 Coalitions from Yerevan City and marzes of Syunik, Shirak, Lori, Armavir, Ararat,\u00a0 Tavush, Gegharkunik and Aragatsotn participate in the first stream of the online training module on the Internal Capacity Building of the CSOs\/CSOs\u2019 Coalitions.<\/p>\n

    In addition, considering the current situation in Armenia and worldwide, this online training platform for CSOs will effectively serve to build the internal capacities of CSOs and CSOs\u2019 coalitions, while also ensuring their continuing education.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
