{"id":4832,"date":"2019-09-28T21:55:27","date_gmt":"2019-09-28T17:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=4832"},"modified":"2019-10-03T12:47:13","modified_gmt":"2019-10-03T08:47:13","slug":"anti-corruption-school-for-young-leaders-discusses-the-introduction-of-beneficial-owners-institute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/4832.html","title":{"rendered":"Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders Discusses\u00a0the Introduction of Beneficial Owners Institute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the next lesson at the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders, the participants discussed the introduction of the Beneficial Owners Institute in Armenia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ms Mariam Zadoyan, an expert from the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia facilitated the lesson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Now the Institute of Real Owners is provided in the RA Law on Public Procurement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the introduction of the Beneficial Owners Institute, the names of the shareholders with significant stake in the company will become known.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The first single registry of beneficial owners has been launched in the UK.\u00a0International practice is evolving in the direction to make information about Beneficial Owners public and accessible to all.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It is envisaged that the register of legal entities in Armenia will collect information on legal entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Participants completed a questionnaire before and after class to test their knowledge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cThe Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO is organizing the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders in cooperation with the Armenian CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/iravaban.net\/en\/66162.html\">Iravaban.net<\/a>\u00a0independent information website is the information partner of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the next lesson at the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders, the participants discussed the introduction of the Beneficial Owners Institute in Armenia.
