The ceremonies of handing completion certificates to the participants CSO incubators in the scope of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project were held in Vanadzor City on 14 January and in Kapan and Gyumri cities on 17 January 2019.<\/p>\n

In Vanadzor, 10 out of 13 CSOs involved in the 1st and 2nd Phase of Vanadzor Incubators participated in the event.<\/p>\n
