{"id":3357,"date":"2019-01-10T18:35:33","date_gmt":"2019-01-10T14:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=3357"},"modified":"2019-01-19T08:42:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-19T04:42:22","slug":"all-information-on-ccd-financial-reports-coverage-articles-and-audit-in-one-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/3357.html","title":{"rendered":"All Information on CCD Financial Reports, Coverage Articles and Audit in One Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">10 January 2019 was the 2nd day that the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association presented to the representatives of the project small grant winning organisations sub-grant project goals and requirements to narrative reports in the scope of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the beginning of the event, CCD Deputy Project Manager\/Grants Coordinator Artak Saribekyan gave a welcome speech. He presented the priority obligations of the organisations in the coming months, wishing them productive joint work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Narine Mezhlumyan, the CCD Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, presented the order of preparing and submitting sub-grant project narrative reports, as well as the report format. She stressed that NGOs must submit the forms, questionnaires, evaluation sheets, participant lists, and information materials designed to be used in the project in order to get them approved.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alisa Chilingaryan, the Media Campaign Specialist\/Journalist of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project, noted that there\u00a0must be\u00a0information materials about all events and the work carried out. She presented how the entire project process must be covered, which tools might be used for implementing media campaigns and making publications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cBDO Armenia\u201d CJSC is to receive financial reports from CCD sub-grant beneficiaries of the project and carry out their financial oversight. Representatives Ani Vardanyan and Astghik Shahgeldyan gave the participants information on financial reporting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">They mentioned that all the achievements in the scope of the project must be in line with the existing procurement policy of the NGO. In case an NGO lacks such an internal policy or rules and regulations, it is necessary to receive and save at least three price offers before making each piece of procurement in order to justify that the best (usually the lowest) prices were selected when making procurement in the scope of the project.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">We must also add that at the end of the project, the \u201cGrand Thornton\u201d CJSC will\u00a0\u00a0carry out\u00a0audit in all organisations. Company representative Meline Harutyunyan spoke about everything that will happen to sub-grantees at that stage\u00a0 and the preparatory work that the organisations need to do.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The\u00a0<strong>\u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a consortium of civil society organizations, which are the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO, Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), the \u201cArmenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS\u201d NGO, the \u201cInternational Center for Human Development\u201d Public Organization, the \u201cSME Cooperation Association\u201d NGO and the Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10 January 2019 was the 2nd day that the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association presented to the representatives of the project small grant winning organisations sub-grant project goals and requirements to narrative reports in the scope of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project funded by the European Union.
