{"id":3024,"date":"2018-07-25T19:49:45","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T15:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=3024"},"modified":"2018-08-03T11:53:43","modified_gmt":"2018-08-03T07:53:43","slug":"ra-deputy-minister-of-energy-infrastructures-and-natural-resources-discussed-future-cooperation-activities-with-representatives-of-the-commitment-to-constructive-dialogue-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/3024.html","title":{"rendered":"RA Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Discussed Future Cooperation Activities with Representatives of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On\u00a0<strong>July 25th<\/strong>, representatives of civil CSO incubators had a meeting with RA Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Tigran Arzumanyan and Energy Department Head Hayk Badalyan in the scope of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project (CCD) funded by the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">At first, CCD project lawyer\/expert Narek Yenokyan presented the project to the deputy minister, as well as the goal of CSOs\u2019 meetings with government representatives which is to reinforce the partnership between state and civil society stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Deputy Minister Tigran Arzumanyan responded to the questions raised by the organisations, also touching upon the points of the strategy adopted by the ministry that were specifically related to the sector of energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Energy Department Head Hayk Badalyan presented to the CSO participants the priorities stemming from the RA Government\u2019s Action Plan and noted that they are willing to cooperate. In particular, he said,\u00a0<em>\u201cWe are speaking about the Government\u2019s Action Plan for the National Programme of Energy Saving and Renewable Energy. The second stage which will end in 2018 is\u00a0underway. Nevertheless, we will carry out a comprehensive analysis on the results of that stage and the third stage will be launched to work on a new national programme until 2030. We are ready to share with you the ministry\u2019s vision regarding the 2nd and 3rd stages, that is, what we would like to have as regards the development of the energy saving and energy efficiency.
