He also noted that CSOs\u2019 work is important and pivotal. The newly appointed deputy minister introduced himself to the meeting participants and said that he is a forestry expert by training. Later he became specialised in\u00a0management of bioresources with modernisation tools and the legal field. He has many years\u2019 work experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Head of project mentors\u2019 group, justice and related sectors mentor Mr. Marat Atovmyan presented the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project to the deputy minister.
