{"id":2027,"date":"2017-09-30T23:00:14","date_gmt":"2017-09-30T19:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=2027"},"modified":"2017-11-02T21:57:46","modified_gmt":"2017-11-02T17:57:46","slug":"statute-of-an-ngo-operating-in-spitak-was-registered-in-the-state-register-free-of-charge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/2027.html","title":{"rendered":"Statute of an NGO operating in Spitak was registered in the State Register Free of Charge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The \u201cShogher\u201d Charitable NGO, operating in the Spitak City, has registered its new charter in the State Register of Legal Entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The statute of this NGO has been reviewed with support of Miss Armine Chakhalyan, lawyer of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project, and then re-registered in the State Register of Legal Entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It should be noted that after the adoption of the new law on non-governmental organizations, almost all NGOs should have to review their statutes and harmonize with the requirements of the law.
