Representatives of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and Diaspora Ministries, Advocates of the Armnian Lawyers\u2019 Association Syuzanna Soghomonyan and Mariam Zadoyan as well as representatives from other non-governmental organizations attended the discussion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the opinion of the ALA representatives, the above legal acts need to be amended to make them an effective working tool for volunteers in NGOs.
