On April 1, as a result of instigation by Azerbaijan, military operations were launched on the border line between Artaskah and Azerbaijan. The military operations lasted 4 days during which, in addition to military men, civilians were affected and killed as well.

\nThe Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association (ALA), together with the team from Iravaban.net, a news website, operated by the Association, send a delegation to Artsakh on a fact finding mission. Mr. Artak Saribekyan, ALA\u2019s Executive Director headed the mission.
