The external evaluation of the AYLA NGO was executed in December 2006. The external evaluation was carried out by Drs. Dorothy van Bakelen, international monitoring and evaluation expert for East West Consultancy, and Mr. Karen Sargsyan, Institutional Assessment Instrument (IAI) assessor/expert, with the financial support of ICCO, The InterChurch Organization for Development Cooperation of The Netherlands.
