On 7 July , 2018, Ms Sofya Hovsepyan and Mr. Ara Melikjanyan, the Deputy Governors of Shirak marz, met with the CSOs of Shirak marz. The coordinator of the Gyumri office of “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO Victoria Eghoyan was also invited to the meeting. In the course of the meeting, the deputy governors highlighted the cooperation with CSOs and proposed to deepen business ties by involving the Shirak regional administration in the process of implementation of CSO programs.
